Located about 10 miles west of downtown St Louis, the fashionable and trendy suburb of Clayton is an ideal base for us to get away from the metro area into the countryside and river valleys of eastern Missouri. The Ritz-Carlton is a luxurious AAA 4-Diamond hotel with close access to our escape routes to the Missouri Rhineland. It is a pet friendly hotel that welcomes well-mannered, disease-free dogs and cats weighing 40 pounds or less. The Ritz-Carlton is tucked within the Arts and Garden District and is minutes away from Forest Park, one of the nation’s greatest urban public parks. The 1300-arce park was the site of the 1904 World’s Fair and is now home to five major cultural institutions: the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Saint Louis Science Center, the Missouri History Museum, The Muny and the Saint Louis Zoo. There are 30 miles of paths and trails and 190 acres of Nature Reserve.

For those who had attended and enjoyed the Evening in the Town Square block party at the Barnsley, we are currently planning a Treffen Oktoberfest Social roof top party on Friday evening with display vehicles and themed food and beverage, so bring and wear your lederhosen and dirndls for this event. As a registered participant of Treffen Gateway to the West, a special rate has been reserved for PCA members at this luxurious hotel:

Deluxe Guestroom - $235 plus applicable state and local taxes

All participants must stay at the hotel due to contractual obligations. There is no daily resort fee and the $27 per day self-parking fee has been waived. Services and amenities include wireless internet, fitness center, concierge services, access to the private Cigar Club lounge, and in-room amenities.
